Founder

Hi, I’m Esma
I help French professionals navigate the U.S. job market, prepare for interviews, and build a realistic strategy to pursue their career goals in the United States.
My expertise comes from a unique combination of professional experience and personal experience.
For more than 10 years, I have worked in international recruitment and talent acquisition across France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Throughout my career, I have recruited and advised highly qualified professionals, including technology, engineering, and legal talent, helping companies identify the right candidates and helping candidates position themselves for success.
Recruitment is about much more than reviewing resumes. For years, I have coached professionals through every stage of the hiring process: identifying the right opportunities, preparing for interviews, understanding employer expectations, communicating their value effectively, and presenting themselves with confidence.
Having worked closely with hiring managers and decision-makers, I know what employers are truly looking for—and what causes candidates to stand out.
Beyond my professional background, I have personally gone through the journey that many of my clients dream of achieving.
After completing my studies in France, I was hired by an American company that sponsored my move to Los Angeles. I successfully navigated the visa process, relocated to the United States, and built my own career and life in California.
I understand both the practical and emotional challenges of pursuing a professional life abroad because I have lived them myself.
Today, I combine my recruitment expertise, my knowledge of the U.S. hiring market, and my firsthand experience of immigration and relocation to help ambitious professionals approach their U.S. career goals with clarity, confidence, and a realistic strategy.
Whether you need guidance on your resume, interview preparation, job search strategy, or understanding your options for working in the United States, my goal is simple: to help you avoid costly mistakes, save time, and maximize your chances of success.
